CASH PRIZE PAYMENT & TAX REQUIREMENTS

All cash prize winners are required to complete and submit the applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons, before payment can be issued.

To remain eligible to receive a cash prize, the winning company or business must remain actively in business and operational at the time the prize payment is issued. If the winning company or business has ceased operations, dissolved, or is otherwise no longer conducting business prior to payment, the cash prize will be forfeited.

Following the official announcement of the winners, receipt of all required documentation, and confirmation of continued business operations, cash prizes will be paid to the winner’s designated personal or company bank account or PayPal account no later than 180 business days thereafter. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
